Taylor Silver Project Permitting

VANCOUVER, BC - Fury Explorations Ltd. reported that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the USDA Forest Service (USFS) for the final stage of USFS permitting for the Company's Taylor Project located near Ely Nevada.
The MOU has been issued as a result of the submission of the Plan of Operations (POO) in December 2007 and defines that the final USFS environmental review of the Project will be based on an Environmental Assessment (EA). An EA is the most straightforward of the environmental review processes that the USFS could have chosen to impose.
The USFS and the Company have agreed to engage Knight Piesold and Company of Denver Colorado for the development of the EA and the work has begun. Knight Piesold is very familiar with the Project having developed all of the other permit applications which have been completed to date.
The Company's Nevada based Taylor project is expected to enter commercial production during Q1 2009 and is the center piece of the Company's strategy for internally funded growth and discovery. In addition to pre-production activities at Taylor, the Company is assembling and exploring a pipeline of prospective properties in North America.
