Acquisition Of Pine Ridge Uranium Project

WINNIPEG - Snow Lake Resources Ltd., d/b/a Snow Lake Energy announced that the 50/50 joint venture with Global Uranium and Enrichment Limited (GUE), to acquire 100% of the Pine Ridge Uranium Project in the Powder River Basin, Wyoming, directly supports the United States' national and energy security objectives.

Frank Wheatley, CEO, said, "Given the United States is largely dependent on foreign countries for it supply of uranium, the new administration is focusing its efforts on initiatives designed to expand domestic production of uranium in the United States.
