Restart Of Melba Mine Drill Program

VANCOUVER – Heritage Mining Ltd. announced the restart of the Melba drill program targeting the deepest historical intercept of the High-Grade Historical Melba Mine. Historical drilling has returned up to ~14.24g/t Au over ~4.11m from ~85m from surface. Melba, located ~22km northeast from Kirkland Lake and 90km southeast of Timmins in Northeastern Ontario, Canada. The project is comprised of ~3,886Ha. Melba lies along the Ross Fault, which is a splay off of the Porcupine-Destor Fault Zone and is associated with development stage and historic producing gold mines: McEwen Mining’s (Grey Fox Mine, +1Moz Au) ~22km away, and the Ross Mine (+1Moz Au) ~16km away.
“The zone intersected historically favourble results with increase grade at depths, this is similar to other deposits in the area. We look forward to expanding our understanding of the mineralized zones at Melba and updating our stakeholders on additional exploration results in short order,” said, Peter Schloo, President, CEO and Director.
